According to recent Italian media reports, former Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp was the ‘Giallorossi’ board’s favourite to replace Ranieri, but that is far from being the case.
The German coach’s agent, Mark Kosicke, has denied that these rumours are true in statements to “Win Win”. “Reports on Klopp becoming new AS Roma manager are not true”, he said.
