It’s not secret that Juventus are hoping to sign Davide Frattesi in the summer and Sassuolo have identified two players who they’d be willing to take in exchange for the midfielder.
The 23-year-old Italian has been impressing with the Neroverdi for a little while now and seems destined to make the jump to a top club in the summer, something that club director Giovanni Carnevali has admitted to the media on a number of occasions in recent weeks, confirming Juventus’ interest.
This season, Frattesi has scored seven goals in 35 Serie A appearances, impressing both offensively and defensively.
TMW reports that Sassuolo have highlighted two Juventus players who they’d like to take in a possible swap deal involving Frattesi, something that would help lower the costs for the Old Lady.
The first is Samuel Iling Junior, a talented youngster who broke into Massimiliano Allegri’s first team this season. The other player Sassuolo are interested in is Enzo Barrenechea, another midfielder who has stood out with the Next Gen squad.
