Chelsea unveiled their first kit for next season on Monday. The Blues innovate with a blue and orange design in which various shades of the first colour are the protagonists with flame shapes extending all over the shirt.
Enzo Maresca’s Chelsea have a new kit. The Blues unveiled their first kit for the 2024/25 season on Monday. It is an unexpected kit by the fans, who have seen a flame-reflective design with orange details that the club have explained in their announcement.
“An orange accent colour represents a different kind of fire coming through our ranks. The melting pot pattern, resembling liquid gold and silver, is a fusion of our rich legacy with the ever-hot youth culture within our city,” they wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.
On Chelsea’s official website, it can be seen that the kit is not as dark as it appears in the pictures that have been posted on their social media. This suggests that the behaviour of the fabric may change depending on the light it receives, although this can only be confirmed once the players are on the pitch in the campaign that is already being prepared.
The starting price of the kit that most closely resembles the one Enzo Maresca’s players will be wearing is 149 euros, although there are other options for around 100 euros. Thanks to Chelsea’s virtual shop window, it can be confirmed that the shorts will be of exactly the same pattern. The socks will be of a white colour with blue ribbons on the upper part of the socks.
