Take a look at the 10 nominees for the ‘France Football’ Yashin Trophy for the best goalkeeper in the world in the 2022/23 season.

The Yashin Trophy is an individual award presented by the ‘France Football’ magazine to the best goalkeeper in the world for the 2022/23 season.

Last year, Real Madrid and Belgium goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois was the rightful winner. The title, named after the legendary Russian goalkeeper, was created in 2019 and was won by Alisson that same year, then by Gianluigi Donnarumma in 2021.

This year, marked by the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, we find Courtois but also several players who have never been nominated before.
